I was at work today, because MLK day got bumped so the Friday after thanksgiving is a holiday.

So let it be known that today, Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. joins the ranks of the ilk of George Washington and Abraham Lincoln. Truely, whether black or white, if you believe in yourself, one day you too can have your birthday juggled to make a long weekend.

Truely a great day for equality.

I got a skin infection over the last weekend. When I went to the doctor she drew around it with a sharpie to track its progress, i.e. if it crosses this line, come back because the antibiotics aren't working. I decided it needs something more:

Whilst my own field studies haven't been as extensive as I'd liked, this part was interesting:
